We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our established Human Resources team on a 12-month fixed term contract. If you have a passion for delivering excellence in customer service, have professional communication skills, and are a creative thinker capable of helping to developing unique solutions to meet specific business needs, want to work in a highly motivated environment and thrive working, and learning in a highly collaborative team, then this could be the first step in your career.
The main responsibilities will be to identify, gather, and provide data to help with the development of HR initiatives and to participate in the implementation of local HR initiatives. A knowledge of Australian Awards and how they applied is highly desirable, but not essential.
In order to be considered for this opportunity it is likely that you will have a Bachelors in Human Resources or similar. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities, enjoy working in a fast paced, detail focused support role within a professional team. Be highly motivated, and most important of all have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
