– Organize and coordinate Corporate Social Responsibility programs in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City like AmCham Scholarship, AmCham Women in Engineering Scholarship, World Blood Donor Days
– Communicate and partner with over 20 universities to promote the scholarship programs for students
– Plan program scope and field events
– Support students and coordinate volunteers to organize programs
– Communicate and partner with over 20 universities to promote the programs
– Attract over 20 sponsors from multinational companies like Suntory Pepsico, Coca-Cola, Intel, etc and successfully call for 67,000 USD for sponsorship
– Present program plan for partners and management team
– Manage program finance and reports

Process Executive

BPO Project
– Understand and remain up-to-date with client’s policies and guidelines
– Analyze and identify content on creator channels that is not in compliance with requirements of policy guideline
– Conduct advertising monetization on each content in Vietnamese market
– Ensure a safety content community on social media platform
– Update market trend and bring up on team calibration
– Participate in a client’s policy experiment
– Support team lead on monthly report
– Reach 100% quality and productivity scorecard

Risk Investigation Specialist

– Responsible for TikTok monetization integrity work
– Investigate market trend and risk to deliver the solid safety control result of advertising content on TikTok platform
– Feedback the issues to optimize working process
– Assist new joiners in shadowing session and training policy
– Participate in new process experiment for feedback and improvement
– Cooperate with cross team function like sales team to boost ads quality
– Reach 100% productivity over 10 months
