    \Established and managed the Science Department of the start-up school and supervised the provision and maintenance of inventory and supplies of two science laboratories.

    Successfully led and coordinated a one-year accreditation program with the UK Hub leader in Spring Round 21, leading to attainment of Primary Science Quality Mark (PSQM) in May 2022.

    Planned and implemented instructional materials and assessments for Key Stages 1 and 2 in accordance with the Cambridge Primary Science International Curriculum, resulting in 98.9% pass rate in the end-of-year assessments in May 2021.

    Organised after-school Science Club that improved the scientific enquiry process and facilitated development of critical thinking and reasoning skills in students.

    Generated tracking data for term progress reports that evaluated students’ performance and abilities and highlighted areas for improvement.\

    \Developed lesson plans and instructed primary 3 to 5 students in English, Mathematics and Science enrolled in the tuition program and 40% of the class were rewarded with the Sustained Improvement Award by SINDA in 2018.

    Awarded the Long Service Award for three years of commitment to the educational programmes at the ‘SINDA Appreciation Nite’ in October 2019.\
