• Conduct safety analysis and review of hazards and energy sources
• Complete required and accurate documentation associated with corrective and preventive maintenance of wind turbines and associated equipment; maintain records of documentation.
• Support Root Cause Analyses to assist in determining equipment failure and the reasons for failures when they occur. Raise CIR and NCR of components.
• Help to develop and support the plant’s improvement plan: detect weak points and risk in plans, support project selection and project mentoring and support plants on customer visits for Lean service reviews.
• Driving the Lean Methodology and culture of Continuous Improvement into the business Coordination of Continuous Improvement Activities (Kaizen / Lean service / – Operational Excellence Supporting wind farm to attain and exceed their CI savings targets.
• Provide technical support in the implementation of the CI Strategy in the formulation and execution of process improvement projects application opportunities for CI and the elimination of waste in conjunction with the wind farm, develop action plans and monitor progress of CI Roadmap projects.
• Developing cost savings plans in wind farm through the application of practical solutions and CI / Lean tools to reduce and eliminate waste-Maximum service utilization. -

• Ensure all forming and wrapping machines are maintained correctly, fault diagnosed correctly and in time, all users trained accordingly on how to operate, report faults, and do basic maintenance.

• Assist machine operators in machine inspection during cleaning while ensuring that lubrication is performed appropriately and as per lubrication schedule.
• Participate in allocated projects works and briefing the shift mechanical engineer on all the maintenance progress, update energy reduction measures.
