    \Identify suppliers of goods and services
    Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
    Liaise with suppliers and budget owners regarding updates and details of goods

    Continuously evaluate the existing supply base to determine opportunities for improvement
    Understand Engineering specifications, how they translate into supplier capability requirements and how
