• Establish rigorous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, employing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and impact of the replicated business model.
• Manage the financial and backend operations of two of our portfolio companies, including invoicing, accounts receivable (AR), project creation and management, payroll, recruiting, and IT support, while also addressing specific day-to-day requests efficiently and promptly.
• Enable data-driven decision-making for our partners by creating intuitive data visualizations of project and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring clarity and facilitating informed choices.
