Senior Manager – Human Resources/ Administration

Heading the HR department with a head count of 45 HR staff and oversee the day-to-day functions of 12 direct report managers. Shepherding the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. Shaping the employer brand strategy, responsible to guide through the talent acquisition, policy development, objectives determination, and other human resource processes in the company. Maintain industrial relations, and personnel administration to ensure a sustainable complement to the company’s business operation requirements.
-Oversee and monitor HR metrics including turnover rates and cost-per-hire. Rolled out sourcing strategies and led
internal and external search and calibration process for sales and distribution positions.
– Accountable for HR practices to build organisational capability and effectiveness through areas such as workforce
planning, performance, employee engagement, organisational design, leadership development and employee relations to meet current and future workforce needs.
– Improvement of HR KPIs by 20-30% (Time to hire, Payroll quality).

HR/Admin Manager

Recruited to direct HR for regional/International operations. Partner with other directors and CMD to develop new business initiatives, foster employee engagement, and mobilize talent. Manage ₹2.5M budget.
