About me
As a Graduate Research Assistant at University at Buffalo, I am working on applying advanced bioinformatics methods to address challenges in the analysis of high-dimensional omics data, such as single-cell multiomics data obtained from combined scRNA-seq and scATAC-seq. I am employing latent representational learning to reconstruct reduced spaces capturing underlying data structures, using AnnData and Scanpy libraries along with Numpy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
I am pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at University at Buffalo, where I have gained proficiency in Numerical Linear Algebra, Statistical Learning, Data Mining, Probability, Machine Learning, Pattern Recognition, Algorithms, and Data Structures. I have also completed a Python certification issued by Kaggle, demonstrating my programming skills and ability to develop insights from complex data. I am passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.
