    • Developed and handled machines using mechatronics techniques for pre-commissioning, design, and debug of various electrical, controls, mechanical equipment’s in automotive and material handling equipment’s.
    • Organized and managed the ASL system (AutoScan and Label) using the PLCs and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces). The PLCs were responsible for real-time machine and conveyor control. The HMIs provide a visual interface to control and monitor the entire system. The PLCs communicate with Amazon Edge Gateway (AEG) to exchange data for the purpose of automating the warehouse operations with 99% accuracy.
