About me
My experience at Lactalis American Group, Buffalo NY assists me to develop my Critical thinking and persuasion abilities, accounting, Root cause analyzing and problem-solving skills, did research on OSDR Quality issue and rectify it with a time sense and analyzed the warehouse optimization procedure and implemented an automated way to make the positions accurate in a timely Manner. Spreading the Cold storage center across United States helped me to gain professionalism in negotiation and make the optimal decision under pressure which benefits the organization.
At UB, I worked under a sustainable rubber pavement project, where I must assess the total lifecycle cost of the project also with environment impact of these implementation which is funded by NYSDOT. Derived the sensitivity of the alternative and assess their quality to maintain the performance above the DOT limits. Design and Cost estimation of flexible highway pavement in excel VBA Modelling to determine the best alternative and the application of Tire derived Asphalt.
My experience at V-Prathi construction assists me to develop my Negotiations and persuasion abilities and problem-solving skills. During my junior year, advanced my leadership skills. Analyzed inventory and developed procurement plants that maximized service level objective at lowest cost with merchandising skills, enhanced teamwork with daily tasks for the convention as an Event head and Treasurer for the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)–Indian region, hosted a concrete canoe competition.
I believe that my communication skills, Analytical, inventory management and organization, Troubleshooting, customer service abilities, and positive work ethic helped me to grow across every workflow inside a Manufacturing Industry as my Intern experience is Cross-functional.

• Analyzed life cycle cost of scrap tire derived asphalt for a funded project aided by NYSDOT and USTMA.
• Built a Tableau model with costs incurred in implementation of Tire Derived Asphalt and Lifecycle analysis
between Conventional asphalt and TDA with financial Modelling and analysis with timeline for 35 years.
• Accomplished sensitivity analysis for alternative material and cost per mile is $1.4 million for conventional and
$1.2 million for TDA and encouraged use of waste tires up to 20% in NY highway pavement.
• Evaluated data for possible trends and seasonality to determine optimal application of TDA with macros and
VBA(Statistical Modelling) for NPV and salvage value with 4% discount rate. -
